Gillian Haggart: UK (Edinburgh)-based freelance editor and writer, with some 18 years' experience working with professional authors writing texts on a wide range of subjects (but specialising in legal). I have also written 2 books on my 'pet subject' copyright, I am now increasingly involved in training and project management, but I do love to keep copy-editing and proofreading myself. I have attained 'Advanced' status as a member of the Society of freelance Editors and Proofreaders (UK).
